Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of services provided by Premier Print House LLC. By placing an order, submitting artwork, approving a proof, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by Premier Print House LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing pricing errors, technical errors, unavailable materials, prohibited content, or specifications we are unable to reasonably produce.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. If an obvious pricing, configuration, or website error occurs, Premier Print House LLC may contact the customer to correct the order before production or cancel and refund the affected order.
Custom Products
Many products sold by Premier Print House LLC are manufactured specifically for the customer. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, dimensions, quantity, material, finishing options, shipping method, and other specifications.
Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Artwork and Customer-Supplied Files
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of artwork, images, logos, text, dimensions, spelling, colors, and other content they submit.
Premier Print House LLC is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, corrupted, or otherwise unsuitable customer-supplied artwork when the customer has authorized production using that artwork.
We may contact the customer if we identify an obvious artwork problem, but we are not responsible for identifying every spelling, grammatical, design, resolution, sizing, or content error contained in customer-supplied files.
Proof Approval
When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing it before approval. Approval authorizes Premier Print House LLC to proceed with production.
Customer-approved errors, including spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, content, and other specifications shown on an approved proof, are the customer's responsibility.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
Color and Production Tolerances
Colors displayed on electronic screens may differ from printed colors. Printing processes, materials, equipment, finishing methods, and production conditions can also result in reasonable variations between production runs.
Minor variations in color, cutting, placement, dimensions, finishing, material, or other normal commercial printing tolerances are not considered defects.
Customer Content and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, designs, or other content to Premier Print House LLC, the customer represents that they own the content or have permission and legal authority to reproduce it.
The customer grants Premier Print House LLC permission to use and reproduce submitted content as reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfill the customer's order.
Customers are responsible for claims arising from content they provide without the necessary rights or authorization.
Premier Print House LLC reserves the right to refuse production of material that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or the intellectual-property rights of another party.
Production and Turnaround Times
Production and turnaround estimates are estimates unless Premier Print House LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Turnaround time may be affected by artwork approval, payment, material availability, equipment issues, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, order complexity, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Production time and shipping/transit time are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Rush Orders
Rush service prioritizes production according to the rush option purchased but does not guarantee carrier transit or delivery times unless expressly stated.
Rush orders may enter production immediately and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation or modification after submission.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Premier Print House LLC is not responsible for delays or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided delivery information.
Shipping and delivery are also governed by our Shipping Policy.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their completed order from the designated pickup location. Pickup availability and estimated completion dates will be communicated through the website, order notifications, or directly by Premier Print House LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Print House LLC's liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services.
Premier Print House LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from delays, shipping issues, customer-supplied artwork, or use of our products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, reprints, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Website Use
Customers may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Changes to These Terms
Premier Print House LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
