Production Turnaround

We know timing matters. Whether you're ordering signs for a business, banners for an event or printed materials for an upcoming deadline, we want you to know what to expect.

Production times vary by product, quantity, finishing requirements and our current production schedule. Any turnaround shown on a product refers to production time, not shipping or delivery time.

When does production time begin?

Production generally begins once we have everything necessary to produce your order, including a completed order, usable production-ready artwork, any required information or selections, and approval of a proof when one is required.

If we need additional artwork, information or approval from you, the production timeline may not begin until those items are received.

Rush Production

Need it sooner? Rush production is available on select Premier Print House LLC products. When available, you'll see the rush option while configuring your product.

Rush availability can depend on product type, quantity, materials and current production capacity.

Shipping

Premier Print House LLC ships products to customers based on the shipping options available for the order. Shipping costs and available methods can vary based on product, package dimensions, weight, quantity and destination.

Production time + transit time

A three-business-day production time, for example, does not mean the order will arrive three business days after it is placed.

Prefer to pick up your order? Local pickup is available at:

We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for that notification before coming to the shop. Our pickup hours indicate when completed orders can be collected—they do not indicate that an order has finished production.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for certain orders and destinations. Availability and any applicable delivery charges depend on the size of the order, delivery location and project requirements.

If local delivery is important to your project, contact Premier Print House LLC before ordering or include the request with your custom quote.

Have a Deadline?

If your order is for a grand opening, trade show, school event, sporting event, graduation, open house, conference, promotion, installation or another scheduled event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

When contacting Premier Print House LLC, tell us the date you actually need the finished product, not simply when you would like it shipped. That helps us evaluate the complete timeline, including artwork, proofing, production and delivery.

For time-sensitive projects, we recommend allowing additional time whenever possible rather than planning around the absolute minimum production and shipping schedule.
